A trip to Emma's House

Spooky, scary - where have all the  children gone??  "Its Ok Ollie, its dress up day at school." Emma said

Thank goodness for all my friends in Room 10 - and to Emma who helped me on a big adventure  going to her place.
We went on the Whatitiri School bus travelling what seem to take forever - after a while it seem to stop and there was Emma's mum waiting
for us at the bus stop.  After travelling a little while back to her house, her mum got out some yummy afternoon tea.  Emma
introduced me to all   her animals, the list goes on  - 4 cats, some gold fish, and outside she has
a rabbit, 4 little chickens,  2 big chickens, a dog, 4 cows and some sheep.  Emma took me out to feed the rabbit (Fudge) (I wonder if
it tastes like fudge?).  Next it was off to feed the big chickens (Skids and Whitey)  and gather up the eggs wow fresh eggs! Then Emma let off their dog (Chucky)
she has two different coloured eyes - man I loved patting her.
Emma mad me a bed in her dolls cot for me to sleep in - I tried it out - nice and comfy ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ. "Ollie's asleep mum"shhh said Emma to her mum

"Ollie, wake up its morning! Time to have fun and an another adventure at Maungatapere School"

A sleepover at Pippi's house

Olli and Angel came home with Pippi on Thursday night and they needed to help her get some things ready for Ag Day. Pippi decorated her gingerbread girl while Olli supervised - and tried not to get sticky!
It was a lovely hot, sunny afternoon and Pippi had fun playing outside, eating ice cream, riding her bike and shooting pop-rockets on the lawn with Holly.

We have all had a great long weekend.  Logan went shooting, fishing and scalloping.  Clara went to her Granny’s house.  Keira had a barbecue and Josh jumped on his tramp.  We are very excited about Ag Day on Saturday!  We have been working hard on our photo boards too.

Anya and Ollie's Adventures

Anya was so excited when Ollie the Orang-utan came to stay. "We're going to have so much fun Ollie," she exclaimed. "Better get a good night's sleep."

The next morning Ollie and Anya were eating breakfast when Daddy shouted; "Time for a magic tractor ride!"
"YAY!" everybody roared.
"It's going to be enormous fun Ollie. You don't have to be scared a single bit," Anya explained. And it was FANTASTIC!

Then they went to look at some fish. Ollie was amazed. He said "Look at all these Angel fish!"
The friends then went outside to see the sparkly goldfish. "Be very quiet Ollie so we don't scare the fish away," Anya whispered.
"Okay-dokay," Ollie whispered back.
They even saw budgies flying and flapping. The cute baby one was Ollie and Anya's favourite.

Then mummy said, "Come on kids time for lunch." Anya and Ollie ordered a cheeseburger.
As they munched away Anya said, "Thank you for a great day Ollie. I loved having adventures with you."
"You're welcome," said Ollie. "It's so wonderful to have fun with friends. Especially furry ones!"

THE END

Olli's adventure with Clara

Today Clara was very excited to bring Olliorang-utan home. She read some books with him, and introduced him her toys. She also played with Olli's friends, the Black Bear and the little Dolphin.

The sun was shining so Olli went out for a bike ride with Clara - what great fun!

Olli got dressed up with Clara's Medal and her bracelet.

He was a great playmate for the night.

Sunny takes Olli for a ride.

Wednesday after school, Olli went with Dion to feed Sunny.
Dion and Sunny went into the paddock to get Sunny, But they couldn't find Sunny anywhere.
Olli thought Sunny would be down by the trough, but as the grass was really long he couldn't be seen from the top gate. They were going to have to walk through the long grass to find Sunny.
Olli said " I'll go first Dion, you follow me"
"I'll be right behind you" said Dion.
As Olli headed off, Dion tripped in the grass and when he looked up Olli was gone.
Dion hurried to catch up to Olli but couldn't find him anywhere. Now Olli was missing as well. Dion was on his own.
Dion called out to Olli, "OLLI! OLLI! where are you", but there was no answer.
Dion kept going through the grass which seemed to be as tall as trees, Calling to Olli as he went.
Suddenly their was a noise ahead of Dion which made him stop walking. Dion stood still and listened as the noise got closer and closer, louder and louder . "Is that you Olli?" Dion asked  quietly.
Their was no answer. The noise was right on Dion, and he began to feel a little afraid, Suddenly out of the grass appeared..... Sunny. "Oh Sunny! you scared me" said Dion, "Have you seen Olli?" Sunny looked at Dion." Moo?" said Sunny.
"You know, Olli the ororangutan Dion replied. He was helping me find you. Sunny just looked at Dion." Come on then " said Dion as he put the hohaltern Sunny, "lets go this way ." They hadn't gone far when suddenly Sunny Stopped and wouldn't go any further. "What's wrong Sunny?" asked Dion." Moo! " Sunny replied. "I'll go have a look" said Dion. Dion parted the grass ahead of them and looked through. Laying there all tangled in grass was Olli. " There you are" shouted Dion. "I've been looking everywhere for you"
"Its this long grass, I can't walk in it" said Olli. " how am I going to get out of here?"
Dion thought for a moment, " I Know, You can ride on  Sunny"s  back. Dion Picked Olli up and put him on Sunny's back, "hang on" yelled Dion as he lead Sunny back up the hill towards the gate.
