General

* All rates shown in this tariff are in USD

* Rates quoted are valid for general cargoes only; it is subject to changes with or without prior notice

* Rates valid for consolidated cargoes (LCL groupage) that are consigned to CTC VIETNAM  only. Rates NOT VALID for coload cargoes

* Rates will be subjected to changes as according to the GRI implementation by carrier

* All inland transsit times are estimated only

* Rates are based on Port to Port basis. It will be subjected to destination port charges, if any.

* For Door shipments, pls send c/-full style's address and our quotation together with a copy of the credit note

* Destination that does not appear in this tariff may be available upon request

* All case by case rate quoted will be valid for 30 days only from the date of quotation

Ports' regulation

* Freight collect not acceptable for all China destinations except Hongkong, Xingang, Shanghai, Qingdao, Xiamen & Dalian

* A copy of Packing list & invoice is compulsory for all personal effect shipment & for all the shipments Via HAMBURG.

* Foodstuff / Veterinary for shipment to all European Union Countries are STRICTLY NOT allowed.

Hazardous Cargo

* DG cargoes NOT acceptable for all China ports,Hong Kong, Japan ports and all inland points.

* Pls seek prior approval before cargo acceptance for any DG cargoes. It must be accompanied by a copy of the MSDS.(Subject to Surcharges)

Out of gauge cargo (over size cargo)

* Longlength / Overweight / Overheight Cargo, it is mandotory that such cargo is approved by us prior to acceptance.

For measurement limitations, please see as follows:-

- Long length not exceeding 5.9m

- Overheight not exceeding 2.0m.

- Overweight not exceeding 3000kgs per package

Documents

* We need the documents atleast 24 Hours before arrival of the Vessel

* AMS detail's are compulsory for all USA Shipments along with the pre-alert

Amendments - .

* All amendments after manifesting will be subject to customs penalty & carrier amendments if any.

* Vietnam customs are very strict on amendments & the penalties are very high. Specially on late manifesting / consignee amendments & description amendments.

* We will not go ahead with any amendments until we get the credit note from POL

DG Cargo / Liquor (Transhipment)

* Subject to US$150/- surcharge per container.No surcharges for Local DG cargo & subject to carriers approval & 14 days demurrage free.

* Consignee should get permission / approvals from the local authorities to get clearance.

* For Transipment DG & Liquor shipments pls check with us prior accepting the booking  to get carriers approval / final destination agents approval & surcharges.

Containers Damages

*  All Damages / Washing charges will be on POL agents account on actual cost.

* To avoid washing charges for consol containers pls mention " No container washing charges" on the body of the MBL.

DG Cargo / Liquor / Cigarettes/ Mail Bags / Beedy Leaves / Cotton Wool / Cotton Yarn

* None of these cargo will be destuffed from the containers due various reasons i/e flammable, security , damage , dusty etc etc ..

* For the Containers stuffed with above cargo (Local or TS) "14 days demurrage free time " is a must.

* If POL fail to offer us 14 days free time demurrage charges all additional charges will be on POL Agents account. Pls do check with us prior to loading.

Personal effects -

* Consignee's Full name & Address is a must as Markings on cargo. Also pls mention " Destination Delivery Charges on Consignee's Account " on the BL.

Marks & Nos

* Pls mention correct marks & nos on the BL & Manifest.

* Actual markings & the marks mention on the BL should be the same.

* Different marks on Manifest & the packages will cause cargo missing & penalty to change the markings on the manifest.
